AYURVEDA







Mankind since Early Ages has been Learning from Nature. 
Ayurveda is it's one such form.In Sanskrit Ayurveda means(Ayus)Life with (Veda)Sacred Knowledge.
It has been neglected by Modern Science but slowly and Surely it is New Age Cure.

Knowledge of Ayurveda is passed on from Generation to Generation.It is Stated to be from 400BC
Ayurveda therapies have varied and evolved over more than two millennia.Therapies are typically based on complex herbal compounds, minerals and metal substances ,
Ancient Ayurveda texts also taught surgical techniques,

Ayurveda developed significantly during the Vedic Time  and later some of the non-Vedic systems such as Buddhism and Jainism also developed medical concepts and practices that appear in the classical Ayurveda texts.
Ayurveda treatises describe three elemental dosas viz. vata, pitta and kapha, and state that equality (Sanskrit . Samyatva) of the dosas results in health, while inequality (visamatva) results in disease. 

Ayurveda has eight ways to diagnose illness, called Nadi (pulse), Mootra (urine), Mala (stool), Jihva (tongue), Shabda (speech), Sparsha (touch), Druk (vision), and Aakruti (appearance).
